Attend the Alliance Meeting at GSTC2018: December 7-10, Maun, Botswana


GSTC2018 is two months away!

Members of the Sustainable Tourism Certification Alliance Africa are invited to join the GSTC2018 Conference in Maun, Botswana (Dec 7th-10th), where the Alliance will hold its annual meeting. GSTC2018 will bring together international and domestic tourism stakeholders involved in the development and promotion of sustainable tourism.

🐘 The Conference will address topics based on the Kasane Call to Action to accelerate sustainable consumption and production (SCP):
✔ Achieving Sustainable Destination Management
✔ Certification as a Driver of Sustainable Tourism
✔ Reaching the SDGs through the GSTC Criteria
✔ Market Access for Responsible Tourism Businesses

🐘  Conference participants can join the complimentary full day post-conference tour in Moremi Game Reserve, in the Okavango Delta.

The GSTC has set aside two parallel sessions and a breakout room for a meeting of Alliance members.  The future of the Alliance will be the main focus of the meeting.  More details about the programme for the Alliance meeting to follow.
